New User Onboarding Process

1. Fill out the new user application form.  
2. Facility staff will reach out to schedule an orientation meeting.
   • Make sure you completed the following safety trainings
     • UC Lab Safety Fundamentals
     • Annual Laboratory Hazards
   • Orientation training content:
     • Safety protocols 
     • FOM: Registration and use
     • Training 
     • Observation time
     • Rules
     • EM users’ Slack channel
     • EM Store
       • fill orders and gather supplies
     • Tour/Demo
     • Schedule training 
3. Attend scheduled trainings and proceed to facility use
